3. Variations, Takeoffs or Abbreviations: You may not use an image of a real Lace Xclusive or other variation of the Lace Xclusive logo for any purpose. 7. Lace Xclusive’s Trade Dress: You may not imitate the distinctive Lace Xclusive packaging, web site design, logos, graphic symbols, icons or typefaces.

Limitation of Liability
Lace Xclusive LLC shall not be liable for any general, special, compensatory or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Lace Xclusive has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Lace Xclusive product is listed at an incorrect price, Lace Xclusive reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Lace Xclusive reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Lace Xclusive shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Product Availability
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, and nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order, at our own discretion.

Shipping/Delivery
All orders placed are processed within 2-7 business days provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Please allow up to 10 business days to process orders of 6 or more wefts. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or holidays will be processed the following business day. All orders are shipped via USPS 1st class mail which normally takes 2-4 business days to arrive within the Continental United States. We regret that we are unable to sell to you if you live outside of the US. Once a package is dropped off to the post office for delivery, we no longer have any control over the package and you agree to bear full risk for the product and the condition in which it may arrive. Therefore, we are unable make any guarantees of delivery days or times. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, Lace Xclusive will help resolve the issue to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable. Lace Xclusive LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Please allow 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery, after the order has been mailed. If you still have not received your purchase after 5 BUSINESS DAYS after mailing, please notify the shipping company USPS 1-800-275-8777. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost, stolen, or items damaged during shipment. In the event a package is returned to us due to insufficient address or undeliverable as addressed, buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the item. If a refund is issued, shipping fees are not refundable.

Unconfirmed Shipping Address
An unconfirmed shipping address is when your shipping address does not match your billing address or when you type in your address incorrectly. We will not ship to unconfirmed shipping addresses or to addresses outside of the USA. Please contact PayPal to confirm your shipping address. You do not need a Paypal account to contact PayPal and confirm your shipping address. If your address is unconfirmed your payment will not be accepted. PayPal 1-888-221-1161

Return/Exchange Policy
Returns are welcomed if items are unopened and returned in their original selling condition within 3 calendar days of receipt. All tags and packaging must be intact and not tampered with and the Lace Xclusive Label should not be removed. THE HAIR CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED AFTER IT HAS BEEN WASHED OR USED IN ANY WAY! If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us immediately via email with photos attached, and Lace Xclusive will issue a full refund or exchange. You are in agreeance that hair must be returned in the same form the hair was given. Lace Xclusive is not responsible for refunding any shipping charges for returns/exchanges. Once any product purchased from Lace Xclusive is used or tampered with, ALL SALES are deemed FINAL. For exchanges/returns to be feasible, the item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, and is subject to inspection to verify that it is new or unused and has not been used or tampered with prior to processing of any refund. If the hair is deemed to be used or tampered with the items will be sent back to the buyer and the buyer will be charged a $9.99 shipping fee. Buyer should purchase delivery confirmation on return/exchanges to ensure prompt delivery of items. Lace Xclusive LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Customer Photos
You agree that Lace Xclusive may use and/or disclose the photos you send to the company for marketing or promotional use without any compensation. You understand that by sending Lace Xclusive your photos, you authorize Lace Xclusive to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs and/or video that may pertain to you—including your image and likeness on the company’s website, www.lacexclusive.com, any advertising and marketing in any form whatsoever, as well as their social media pages which includes but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Accordingly, you release Lace Xclusive from any and all liability related to dissemination of my photograph or likeness, reproduction, distribution, and display of the photographs in print or any and all other media, and any alteration, distortion or illusionary effect, whether intentional or otherwise, in connection with said use.  This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by our specific rescission of this authorization.

Resale PROHIBITED
Lace Xclusive is a private label brand. To protect its intellectual property rights, suspected resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit or use is strictly prohibited. Any orders found to have characteristics of reselling will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel all subsequent orders from such customers.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Lace Xclusive LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Disclaimer
